Reality star Heidi Montag may be best known for getting ten plastic surgeries in one day, but now she's starring in a video that pokes fun of her face lift while encouraging Americans to support the Consumer Financial Protection Agency. The video was actually produced by Ron Howard and even features a brief appearance by Heidi's husband, Spencer Pratt.

According to the Main Street Brigade, there is currently no organization protecting consumers when it comes to banking practices, so the Main Street Brigade is working to get support for a new agency that would focus on consumer rights when it comes to things like credit cards and mortgages.

If you support the creation of the Consumer Financial Protection Agency, you are urged to call or email your representative. Or you may want to contact the members of the Senate Banking committee via phone or email. You can also sign a petition with others who support the CFPA. The petition will be sent to the Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, Senator Christopher Dodd. Other stars have also worked to create videos to get the word out about the CFPA including Will Ferrell and others from Saturday Night Live.
