A Manhattan veterinarian is suing Mariah Carey for nearly $30,000 in unpaid bills relating to the care of Carey's Jack Russell terriers.Vet Cindy Bressler says she cared for Cha-Cha, Dolomite and JJ as Carey rang up $37,800 in charges, but only paid about $8,200 worth, according to the Associated Press. Bressler says she cared for the dogs for over a month, but wouldn't say specifically what type of treatments were involved.

Bressler's website says she's on call 24 hours a day to make visits to clients' homes either in New York City or The Hamptons. The Associated Press couldn't get a comment from Bressler's attorney or Carey's spokeswoman. Carey regularly tweets about her dogs' activities including stealing clothing from Carey's suitcase or using her dressing room floor as a bathroom. She also recently tweeted that one of her dogs gave birth to a puppy she named Jackie Lambchops.

Carey has experienced an extremely successful career that most recently included the release of "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel," her latest album and a role in last year's movie Precious. Carey is married to Nick Cannon, a producer and actor.
